Date change for National Conference and Legislative Briefing




We recently learned that the congressional schedule for 2012 now includes a week in June where Members of Congress will be able to be in their home districts.

This is a change from last year—and guess which week they picked?

The week of our national conference, of course!

Therefore, we have been obliged to change the date of our national conference and legislative briefing, because if Members of Congress aren’t in D.C., we can’t have a legislative briefing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this was beyond our control.

The new dates for the 2012 National Conference & Legislative Briefing are June 27, 28, and 29.

If you have made your hotel reservation, please contact the Omni Shoreham Hotel, 800.843.6664, to change your reservation to the new dates.

The conference will begin with a special Welcome event on Wednesday night, June 27^th, and conclude with our signature gala banquet on Friday night, June 29^th—three evening events and two days of events.

Last year’s conference sold out, so if you’re planning on attending, please don’t wait to book your room.
